GRADE 1.5 (Ages 11-12)

This level is a continuation of the level 1 class where students will be taught more in depth to fully master their body placement, basic movements and primary terminology. Students in this level will work on basic turns and jumps at an increased tempo, duration and repetition. Students will begin pointe work in this level if they are approved by a doctor and deemed ready by their instructor. *Yearly Exam Required*

MONDAY 4:30 - 6:30  LEVEL 1.5 & 2 BALLET

TUESDAY 5:00 - 6:00 CONDITIONING/TERMINOLOGY

WEDNESDAY 4:30 - 6:30  LEVEL 1 & 1.5 BALLET

WEDNESDAY 6:30-7:30 ELECTIVE LEVEL 1, 1.5 & 2 (Contemp, Jazz or OTHER)

FRIDAY 4:30 - 6:30  LEVEL 1.5 BALLET

Ballet Grade 1.5 Tuition:
Semester        $783.00 (5% discount if paid by semester)

FALL REHEARSALS: Rehearsal time for competition solos and VAB performance pieces is allotted into the weekly schedule and will be continuously updated. General weekly rehearsals will be scheduled to prioritize the students upcoming performances, auditions, exams & competitions at VAB’s discretion.

Students may request to schedule additional private lessons/rehearsals, which are not included in tuition price.
